Information collected

Information you provide directly — your name, email, phone, property location, and the details you enter into calculators, quizzes, the guide builder, or quote requests. Basic technical data (device/browser type, pages viewed) may be collected automatically through cookies.

How it's used

Communications & your consent

Contact consent (TCPA). When you submit a form or request a quote, you authorize Dona Jeka and Clear Home Loans to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages — about your inquiry and related mortgage services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out of calls/texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

Cookies & analytics

Cookies and analytics tools help keep the site working and measure how it's used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How information is shared

Your personal information is not sold. It may be shared with Clear Home Loans / Aspire Home Loans, LLC and trusted service providers (such as CRM and communication tools) who help operate the business, and as required by law.

SMS / mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
